The problem is persisting afterwards trying all of the above. It is only affecting i of my accounts. I have other Outlook/hotmail accounts that are working. Here are answers to your questions:

  • Access your account through a web browser, web electronic mail (not sure what the difference is betwixt web browser or web e-mail) I'g using "live.com" on the computer.
  • Does the result happen when y'all are using a dissimilar browser or calculator? It happens using a unlike browser. I haven't tried a different figurer
  • Have you received whatsoever fault or default messages when you send or receive whatsoever e-mail? Yes "Outlook wasn't able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you near any issues yous report." when I tried to send an e-mail. However the email was sent and it was received past a different hotmail account.
    I sent an e-mail from a different hotmail business relationship to the problem account and it is listed every bit sent just information technology was not received.
  • Kindly verify what exercise you mean "Outlook" Is it Microsoft Office Outlook or Outlook.com? It is Outlook.com

Like many others I am getting the same message.

I access my mail through my internet browser.  I never had this issue earlier Outlook took over---

I experience like I have to refresh my email every few seconds-- my cache is cleared many times a day-- it is annoying to be told that something is Always wrong with Outlook/Hotmail.

I never said I was unable to access my mailbox.  I am not sure where y'all read that.

What I said is that I am constantly getting the message that "there is something incorrect, delight refresh.  I get this anytime I try to wait at a message, articulate a mailbox, etc.  I am spending majoring of my time refreshing Hotmail/Outlook.

I never had this issue before Outlook took over.

I tin can't answer about some other browser considering I just utilise Google Chrome.

I can't answer well-nigh using some other calculator considering I only have the 1 laptop.

I can't answer about using other Microsoft accounts because this one is the but one I take.

All I know is that I, and many others, go on getting the same message about 'something is wrong'.

I clear my cache, I make sure in that location are no bug on you primary site, etc.

Please fix this-- I am non the only ane.

I sympathise why you are asking the questions-- I was answering them.  I was not disputing the reason yous were asking.

All I questioned was where you got the idea I couldn't access my mail-- I never had said that.  I said I was existence told something was wrong-- that doesn't imply that I couldn't admission mail.

Equally for other browsers I take no other browsers on my figurer.  IE 8/ix crashes many of the applications I employ on the calculator.  Firefox is extremely laggy.  I accept only used Google Chrome for years.
